Your Impact:

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive flagship performance, both commercially and culturally
• Lead and develop a team to deliver elevated, one-to-one client experiences
• Champion CRM and clienteling initiatives - segment, activate, and grow a loyal client base
• Ensure the highest operational standards across visual merchandising, stock management, and team development
• Act as a true brand guardian - embodying luxury values, discretion, and deep brand knowledge
• Build internal culture through values-led leadership, celebrating individuality and inclusion

What You Bring:

• 2-4 years' experience in a luxury retail leadership role (Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar)
• Proven success in CRM, clienteling, and building high-value customer relationships
• A commercial mindset - comfortable interpreting KPIs and leading retail strategy
• Calm, composed, and inspiring in fast-paced, high-touch environments
• A hands-on leader - present on the floor, coaching and elevating team performance daily
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or other languages are a plus
