The Role - Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager to drive store performance and achieve KPIs
- Lead by example to motivate and inspire your retail team
- Ensure excellent customer service across all touchpoints
- Oversee visual merchandising, stock control, and store operations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Step up to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
