A leading international retail group is hiring a Area Manager to lead and develop store teams across multiple locations in the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee store performance, operational compliance, and customer experience
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing store management teams
- Analyse sales trends and lead strategic action plans to drive growth
- Ensure consistent store operations, inventory, and staffing levels
- Support new store openings and business expansion initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in multi-site retail management
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Fluent English required; other European languages are a plus.
- Experience in fast-paced, matrix organizations
- Proficient in retail KPIs, reporting tools, and operational standards
