As Compliance Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping the business operate with integrity-ensuring processes, policies and behaviours align with both regulation and commercial best practice. What You'll Be Doing
Maintain and manage the company's risk register
Audit internal processes, practices and documents to identify areas for improvement
Advise on business activity risk, policy compliance and mitigation strategies
Collaborate with external auditors and advisors
Lead and support crisis or compliance incident plans
Partner with Learning & Development to maintain relevant training modules
Stay ahead of legislative changes and industry best practice
What We're Looking For
A strong background in compliance, audit, risk or legal/regulatory roles
Someone who loves detail, but also sees the bigger picture
Commercial acumen-you understand how to make compliance commercially viable
A people person: approachable, clear, and a confident business partner
Up-to-date knowledge of UK regulations (GDPR, AML, Consumer Protection, etc.)
Retail or regulated sector experience is a big plus
