Key Responsibilities of a Store Manager:
- Take full ownership of store operations and performance
- Lead on Retail Management, customer experience, and commercial success
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service Excellence at all times
- Motivate, coach and inspire your team through strong Team Management
- Monitor KPIs, sales targets and have full P&L Responsibility
- Ensure outstanding standards of Visual Merchandising and presentation
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and ongoing Training & Development
