Zachary Daniels are continuing to support a high growth fashion retailer who are looking for a Warehouse Manager to be based in Ballymena.
I'm on the lookout for an experienced Ecommerce/Wholesale Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse team in Ballymena. This is more than just moving boxes - it's about building processes, leading people, and ensuring every product reaches their customers on time and in perfect condition.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own the Operation: Lead all warehouse activity - from receiving stock to shipping orders - with precision and speed.
Keep It in Stock: Oversee inventory with accuracy and foresight. You'll make sure we never overstock or run out.
Deliver for Customers: Manage order processing and shipping schedules to ensure customers get what they need, when they need it.
Lead the Team: Motivate, support, and develop a high-performing warehouse crew. You're their go-to for guidance and growth.
Streamline & Optimize: Continuously improve systems and processes to reduce costs and increase speed and accuracy.
Prioritize Safety: Create and uphold a culture of safety, ensuring every team member goes home in one piece.
Measure What Matters: Track KPIs and generate insights to share with leadership and drive smarter decisions.
What You Bring:
Proven experience managing a warehouse team, ideally in fashion, ecommerce or wholesale.
A strong grasp of inventory and warehouse management systems - bonus if you know Peoplevox or Brightpearl/Netsuite.
You're a natural leader - calm under pressure, hands-on when needed, and always a step ahead.
Detail-oriented, organized, and not afraid to solve problems as they arise.
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
A degree in logistics, supply chain, or related? That's great - but experience matters most.
