Your Role as Retail Deputy Manager and Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Inspire: As a Deputy Manager, directly manage your team to enhance store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Monitor Store Performance: Track key metrics such as turnover, revenue, wages, shrinkage, and wastage to ensure the store runs efficiently.
Step Up When Needed: Act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring operations continue smoothly.
