What You'll Be Doing:

• Inspire and lead a high-energy team to deliver top-tier service every day

• Drive store performance: Own your KPIs, smash targets, and boost profits

• Support daily operations, from stock management to visual merchandising

• Work alongside your Store Manager to grow the business and your career
