Key Responsibilities of the Area Manager:
Oversee the operational performance of multiple stores within your designated area, ensuring excellence and consistency across all locations.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Drive operational efficiencies in key areas such as sales, customer service, and inventory control.
