What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead from the front as the store's Garden Centre Manager, inspiring and coaching a high-performing management team

• Set and maintain exceptional service standards across all departments

• Take full ownership of store performance, hitting KPIs and exceeding sales targets

• Make smart, commercial decisions that drive business growth

• Champion a customer-first culture and deliver a truly memorable shopping experience

• Ensure the store is visually stunning, operationally strong, and always ready to impress

• Support team development with structured succession planning and coaching

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Garden Centre Manager or similar retail leadership role

• A background in garden centres, horticulture, or big-box retail is highly desirable
