Are you ready to put your mark on something big?
We're bringing a fresh, dynamic retail brand to the Irish market-and we're looking for an exceptional Country Manager to lead the charge in launching, scaling, and shaping our footprint in Ireland, starting with Dublin.
This is not just another retail job-The brand is redefining customer experience and community engagement. Backed by an established international presence, they're entering the Irish market with ambition, creativity, and serious investment.
The Opportunity
As Country Manager, you'll be the first boots on the ground, reporting directly to the international leadership team. You'll drive everything from store launches and team building, to operational strategy and brand localisation.
Your impact:
- Lead the end-to-end launch of our Dublin flagship store
- Recruit, build, and inspire a high-performing retail team
- Localise our brand to connect with the Irish market
- Manage full P&L responsibility across the country
- Develop and execute growth strategies, including further store rollouts
- Be our brand ambassador and voice on the ground
Who We're Looking For
We're open to ambitious Heads of Retail, seasoned Regional Managers, and bold leaders local to the market or ready to relocate for a rare opportunity to launch and lead a national market. There will be opportunity for progression with the salary and package as stores open and the market grows.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in launching or scaling multi-site retail
- Strategic vision and hands-on execution ability
- Leadership that inspires, builds culture, and drives performance
- Deep understanding of customer experience and store operations
- The confidence to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders
- A sense of adventure and passion for building something from the ground up
