With a salary of up to £32,000 plus an incredible bonus scheme and benefits, we are looking for a Coffee Shop Manager that is passionate about delivering a world-class experience for their customers and creating a fantastic environment for their team.

As a Coffee Shop Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

• Driving customer service standards in your site.
• Driving sales and ensuring site profitability.
• Training, coaching and developing your team.
• Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
• Achieving store and company KPI's.
• Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
