This is the perfect opportunity for an aspirational, talented Store Manager to join an established retailer, always growing and continuously developing global partnerships to make their offering the best in the market.
As an experienced Store Manager, you will take pride in running an outstanding operation and be an ambassador for our clients brand at all times.- You will be responsible for driving sales and managing the costs to maximise on the profitability of your store - you'll treat the business as your own.
- Inspiring the team to make sure every customer has a brilliant experience so wherever your customers are going, you can be sure they will always be happy to come back to your stores.
- Recruit and retain your team, making our client the employer of choice in your market.
- Coach, guide and create a culture of learning, support, and recognition - spotting opportunities for development of personal skills, product knowledge and self-awareness to support our colleagues in an environment where everyone feels valued and welcome.
- Creating a sense of pride within the store to ensure both colleagues and customer facilities are of a great standard, and that we are operating safely and legally.
Joining as a Store Manager, it would be great tor you to have Retail or Hospitality experience - but what is just as important is that you are in your element when inspiring a team!
You lead by example, showing your team what great always looks like. With this approach, you'll win the respect of staff at every level, getting the best from each individual and encouraging them to develop.
Commercially sharp, you know that putting customers first is key to meeting targets and budgets, and you'll take full responsibility for the stores Profit & Loss account.
