What You'll Do:
- Execute high-impact paid media campaigns - Work across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
- Analyse and optimise performance - Track, measure, and refine campaigns to maximise ROI and engagement.
- Collaborate on creative ads - Work with content teams to develop eye-catching, high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay ahead of trends - Research new digital marketing tools and trends to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.
- Manage budgets efficiently - Ensure every penny of ad spend delivers maximum impact.
- Leverage Shopify and e-commerce insights - Use data-driven strategies to turn clicks into conversions.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ Year's experience in Social Media management
- 2+ Year's experience particularly in TikTok & Meta campaign management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail/ Copywriting skills
- Creative & Data driven
- Test and learn mentality.
