An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and strategic Senior CRM Marketing Executive to play a key role in delivering customer retention and growth initiatives for a leading beauty compamy. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, this role focuses on creating and executing high-performing CRM campaigns and lifecycle automations that drive engagement and revenue.
The Senior CRM Marketing Executive will bring strong analytical capabilities and a creative mindset to enhance campaign performance, using a data-driven approach to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. A collaborative team player and self-starter, this individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and overall business goals.
Proven in B2B ecommerce, particularly within the hair and beauty sector-or a genuine interest in this industry-will be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing, SEO/PPC Manager, and Senior Marketing Executive to support customer acquisition through strategic email data capture initiatives.
Develop and execute a CRM campaign calendar aligned with business objectives and marketing strategy.
Create, manage, and optimise compelling CRM campaigns from concept to deployment.
Build and enhance data-driven, segmented, and personalised customer lifecycle automations to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
Utilise segmentation strategies to ensure relevant targeting and deliver tailored content and promotions.
Use a test-and-learn approach to drive incremental revenue and customer retention improvements.
Monitor and analyse campaign and automation performance through platforms such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and BigCommerce, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Manage SMS data capture and execute SMS campaigns and automations within budget parameters.
Produce regular reports (weekly/monthly) on CRM performance and campaign outcomes.
Support the delivery of the company's loyalty programme in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, maintain data hygiene, and adhere to best practices in CRM, including list management and cyber security protocols.
Achieve personal, team, and business KPIs including increased email conversions, higher average order values, and enhanced customer lifetime value.
Carry out additional duties in line with the role as directed by the Head of Digital Marketing.
Skills & Experience
Proven in designing and executing CRM strategies, including email, SMS, and loyalty programme management (experience with push notifications is a plus).
Strong understanding of CRM best practices, segmentation strategies (including RFM), and proficiency in CRM platforms-knowledge of Klaviyo and BigCommerce is desirable.
A commercially-minded, customer-centric approach, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong written communication skills and creative flair for building engaging CRM content and automations.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking with a data-driven mindset.
Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment.
Working knowledge of creative tools such as Canva or Photoshop is beneficial.
