We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to take the lead on paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and beyond - driving ticket sales and boosting brand awareness for some of the most exciting events in the industry.
Paid Media Specialist - Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns
- Collaborate with creative teams on ad assets
- Monitor and report on campaign performance
- A/B test creatives, targeting and landing pages
- Align campaigns with event strategies and goals
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years' experience in paid social (Meta, TikTok essential)
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Background in events, hospitality or entertainment preferred
- Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences and dynamic ads
- Confident working in a fast-moving, creative environment
