What You'll Do:
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge in building and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy that includes digital marketing, social media, content creation, email campaigns, and more.
Develop and manage B2B and franchise marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive growth in both consumer-facing and partner-focused channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimise engaging marketing content, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Execute hands-on campaigns, including creative development, managing partnerships, and tracking performance. The focus is on rolling up their sleeves and being directly involved in the day-to-day operations.
Foster and grow an online presence, particularly focusing on social media and digital channels that resonate with a young audience, to establish a brand that people connect with.
Requirements in the Position of Senior Marketing Manager:
A proven track record of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on B2B, franchise marketing, or both.
Strong digital skills, with an in-depth understanding of social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
A proactive, hands-on attitude-this is a role for someone who loves getting their hands dirty and driving projects from concept to execution.
You will be an innovator and a self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment where they'll need to move quickly, be adaptable, and tackle new challenges head-on.
Passionate about building a brand from the ground up, with a particular focus on understanding Gen Z trends and how to connect with them authentically.
A creative mindset with strong analytical skills, able to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
