As their Designer, you will:Lead the design of contemporary, commercial menswear collections across a variety of categories, including jersey, outerwear, shirting, woven bottoms, and knitwear.
Create collections that are not only on-trend but commercially viable and true to the brand's DNA.
Own the full design process, from initial concept to final completion, meeting critical path deadlines along the way.
Collaborate with the team to ensure each seasonal collection aligns with the brand's vision and maintains cohesiveness.
Source, develop, and select premium fabrics and handlooms that meet both design and production requirements.
Curate seasonally relevant color palettes that elevate the collections.
Stay ahead of the curve by researching current and future menswear trends.
Produce detailed technical specs and sketches for the production team.
Lead fit sessions and sample reviews, ensuring quality and consistency.
Present collections confidently to senior management and stakeholders.
Work closely with production, technical, and merchandising teams to bring your vision to life.
Analyse market and sales data, using consumer insights to refine designs.
Travel as needed to support the business.
