As a Client Advisor, you'll be delivering exceptional service across one of three exclusive categories: footwear, leather goods, or ready-to-wear. Your role as a brand ambassador will include developing a loyal client base, providing expert product knowledge, and offering an unparalleled client experience.

Client Advisor Role and Responsibilities:

• Inspire clients through storytelling and your genuine passion for luxury
• Deliver an exceptional and personalised service experience to every client
• Achieve and exceed KPIs set by the Store Director
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and become a trusted advisor in your category
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and returning clients
• Grow your own client book using CRM tools and proactive clientelling

Who You Are:

• Experience in a luxury retail environment is essential
• A deep understanding of clientelling and relationship-building
• Background in fashion, leather goods, accessories, jewellery, or beauty is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with a focus on service excellence
• You thrive on building rapport and exceeding customer expectations
