The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a flagship store and drive its success through:- KPI Implementation & Achievement: Strategically implement and track key performance indicators to ensure the store meets and exceeds targets, while maximising profitability.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader within the luxury or premium retail sector.
- Demonstrated success in driving KPIs, delivering commercial results, and implementing strategies to maximise performance.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with a strong ability to build a motivated and engaged team.
- A client-centric mindset with expertise in creating personalised, memorable shopping experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to leverage strategic relationships and partnerships.
