Key Responsibilities In The Position of Brand Manager
- Spearheading the development of the brand's marketing strategies to align with company goals
- Leading the execution of creative 360 campaigns, covering everything from messaging to point-of-sale materials
- Keeping a close eye on industry trends and competitors to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve
- Taking full responsibility for the brand's tone of voice (TOV) and overall market positioning
- Acting as the key link between the marketing team and other internal departments
- Leading the go-to-market (GTM) process and supporting new product launches
- Collaborating closely with the wider marketing team on both brand and channel campaigns
- Managing marketing reports and ensuring KPIs are achieved in line with strategic goals
What You Need to Bring:
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a focus on marketing
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, including consumer behaviour, market research, and analytics, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience
- Previous experience in the sports or apparel industry is a plus
- A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly when working cross-functionally
- Experience in running 360-degree marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Highly organised with the ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously
