Field Sales Representative | Outdoor and Technical Brand | Competitive salary & package

We are currently looking to hire a Full time Field Sales Representative to support our clients ongoing growth and development in Germany and across Europe. The roles main tasks will be sales, customer service and support to existing clients.

This person will play an important role within Germany of our client, the new Field Sales Representative will work closely with the Head of Sales Europe and the global sales team.

The successful candidate with have experience within a Field Sales role for an outdoor retailer, or a fashion retailer but have a huge passion for all things outdoor - skiing, mountaineering, hiking, camping, exploring etc. This is essential.

Key Responsibilities as our new Field Sales Representative:

• Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products at Trade Fairs, in-house and/or virtual sell in meetings.
• Represent a fast-growing outdoor brand at all times
• Identify and engage with potential new customers in Germany
• Weeklyand monthly reporting of activity and sales figures
• Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism.
• Supportour Head of Sales Europe.
• Travel (80%) to visit customers across Germany
• Consistent performance and professionalism on a sales level
• Planning sales seasons and strategies
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Wholesale customer support and service

Qualifications to be considered as a new Field Sales Representative:

· Min. 1 year of experience in (specialist) field sales, preferably in the outdoor, skiing, technical, accessory or sports sector· Excellent customer service and a feel for how to create exceptional customer experiences· Passion for the outdoors - hiking, skiing, mountaineering etc.

• Energetic,with a positive attitude and predisposition to improving themselves and others.
• Goodknowledge within MS Excel
• Strongverbal and written professional communication skills, in both English and German.
• Anability to operate efficiently and autonomously
• Strongdiscipline, well-structure and an ability to organise
