Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store layout
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience, ensuring customers receive expert product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Supervise, train, and develop the team, providing constructive feedback to support personal growth and performance
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner
- Assist with opening and closing the store, cash handling, and maintaining accurate stock levels
- Support the store manager in implementing company policies and achieving store KPIs
