Key Responsibilities:

• You'll drive and inspire a high-performing product team to push creative boundaries while ensuring every decision is backed by commercial insight.
• You'll take the creative direction and turn it into a profitable product mix that resonates with our customers, ensuring each product speaks to the brand's essence while aligning with the broader commercial goals.

• You'll live and breathe fashion trends, consumer demands, and market dynamics.
  You'll be constantly ahead of the curve, identifying opportunities to bring fresh, innovative designs to market that will captivate this brands audience and drive sales.

• You're not just about creating what's 'cool' - you're about creating what sells. Bringing new, trend-led ideas to life while keeping a keen eye on margins, cost structures, and overall financial targets.

• Work closely with Buying, Design, Merchandising, Marketing, and Tech to ensure that the entire product development process is seamless, maximising revenue opportunities and delivering on time.

• You'll use data and insights to refine our product assortment, collaborating with key teams to ensure the right product is available at the right time to meet customer needs and drive profitability.

• Nurture strong relationships with current and new suppliers, negotiate favourable terms, and ensure product quality and cost standards are consistently met. With your buyers and merchandisers, you'll ensure the product is delivered on time, at cost, and to the highest quality
