Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing fashion retailer as their new Multi-Store Manager, overseeing multiple key locations! This is a dynamic leadership role where you will drive the success of multiple stores while representing an outstanding brand that values fashion, customer experience, and service excellence.
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Store Manager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer journey. You will be instrumental in leading store teams, ensuring seamless operations, and driving performance across multiple locations. You must be highly organised, commercially astute, and have a strategic approach to multi-site management.
Key Responsibilities as a Multi-Store Manager:
Oversee the operations of 2-3 stores within a key retail region.
Lead, mentor, and inspire store teams to achieve business objectives.
Drive sales and customer engagement through a consultative and tailored shopping experience.
Implement and maintain high visual merchandising standards across all locations.
Manage and coordinate online orders, deliveries, and despatch processes to ensure efficiency.
Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring outstanding service at every touchpoint.
Work closely with senior management to implement operational and commercial strategies.
Monitor store performance, analyse key metrics, and drive profitability.
Manage customer feedback and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For:
Strong fashion retail experience, ideally in a multi-site or senior management role.
A proven ability to manage multiple store teams effectively.
Experience in premium or high-end retail environments.
An operational mindset with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Commercially driven with a keen eye for opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
