What You'll Do as a Retail Supervisor

• Lead and support the team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, and store operations
• Help recruit and train new team members
• Handle transactions, refunds, and customer inquiries with confidence
• Motivate and train team members to achieve targets
• Coordinate online orders and deliveries

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Retail Supervisor experience or leadership experience in retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Passion for visual merchandising and brand standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
