The Opportunity

The Role
- Lead supply planning and purchasing for a European territory across a portfolio of brands and retailers.
- Manage production orders, ensuring timely production dates are met, escalating issues to the relevant departments, and recommending solutions to meet supply requirements.
- Oversee purchasing based on seasonal supply strategy, forecasts, and production needs.
- Manage inventory, identify excess stock, and coordinate with teams to take necessary action.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Asia Order Management, and Asia Logistics.
- Analyse warehouse supply coverage, identify inventory issues, and propose recovery plans for supply shortages.
- Work with other territory supply leads to ensure European alignment.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the broader Planning team as needed.
The Person
- Previous supply chain/planning experience (2+ years)
- Ideally worked in consumer goods producing from Asia
- Ability to prioritize work and meet targets under pressure.
- Good level of Excel knowledge/Google sheets
- Will have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good clear presentation skills at global leadership level
- Abilities to multitask.
- Will be pro-active.
- Have a positive attitude with a strong passion for what they do.
- Excellent communication skills.
