Key Responsibilities for an Assistant Store Manager:

• Support a Successful Store Opening - Assist in setting up and establishing a brand-new retail store.
• Drive Sales & Performance - Work closely with the Store Manager to maximise sales and profitability.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service - Ensure high service standards and a welcoming shopping experience.
• Lead & Develop Your Team - Help recruit, train, and coach a motivated team to success.
• Ensure Operational Excellence - Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Step Up When Needed - Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in a retail environment.
• A strong sales focus with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to make customer and sales-driven decisions.
• Passion for fashion and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
