Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a General Store Manager for a great store that have delivered great results and have an optimistic view of 2025! We are looking for a Store Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of luxury service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times. Must be able to work in a high volume and fast paced retail environment where you will inspire and lead those around you with a hands-on approach!

Our client is a well know destination store - as a result, the role of a General Store Manager will focus heavily on the instore experience, customer service and standards across all sections!
To be our clients new GSM you will be a hands-on, commercial and results driven leader who has a passion for coaching and developing your teams, combined with a passion for delivering world class customer service!!
As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Driving customer service standards in your store.
- Driving sales in store and long term relationships with clients
- Able to organise and manage events
- Training, coaching and developing your team.
- Passion for luxury and premium high value products
- Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
- Achieving store and company KPI's.
- Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
Our Client's Store Manager role is the ideal role if you are looking to join a customer focused brand. To be successful you will have worked in a store environment where you can spin plates and manage multiple challenges.
