Key Responsibilities for an Assistant Manager:
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving store targets.
- Deliver an outstanding retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor.
- Help manage daily store operations, including stock control and visual merchandising.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Train, motivate, and develop the team to ensure high performance.
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management.

- Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Keyholder, or Team Leader within a retail environment.
