Delphi Software Developer

Our well known client seeks a talented and motivated Delphi Software Developer to join their in-house IT team.

As the Delphi Software Developer you will design, develop, and maintain bespoke applications that meet the evolving needs of their business. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and team members, you'll ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality solutions that support their retail, warehouse, and head office operations.

Experience required:

* Proficiency in Borland Delphi (Version 5 onwards).

* Strong knowledge of .NET & C# (WinForms), with experience in Visual Studio.

* Expertise in SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle), including stored procedures, functions, and views.

* Experience using collaboration tools such as TFS, Git, or DevOps.

* Competency in producing high-standard technical software documentation.

Desirable Skills:

* Experience with EPoS solutions and web development using .NET Core.

* Familiarity with the MVC development model.

* Knowledge of SSIS package development and file transfer management (e.g., SFTP, JSON, CSV).

* Understanding of test-driven development practices.
