Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Oversee key retail operations, including stock control, merchandising, and health & safety compliance
- Drive commercial performance, ensuring the store meets and exceeds KPIs.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Ensure the store maintains excellent presentation standards in line with company expectations.
- Adapt quickly to the demands of a busy retail environment, especially during peak trading periods.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
