Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing fashion retailer as their new Store Manager where you will look after 2 fantastic locations in Hamburg! As a new Dual Site Store Manager, you will be representing an awesome brand where you will be able to demonstrate your knowledge and passion for all things fashion and service!
We are eager to recruit a Store Manager to deliver a perfect customer experience. We want someone who has the customer at the heart of everything they do and commit to providing a no pressure, consultative and engaging sales experience. You will be knowledgeable about people management, able to deliver a great service to customers and ambitious to open a brand new store!
This is a multi-functional role that covers all aspects of managing a store as well as taking responsibility for personal appointments, online orders and despatch of orders to customers. We need a leader who is strong from an operational perspective, is organised, diligent and has a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities as a Dual Site Store Manager:
- Fashion knowledge and experience
- Able to manage 2-3 stores
- Able to sell and engage with customers about highly technical and advanced apparel and equipment
- Have high visual standards across all store areas
- Lead the team in store to achieve results with CRM
- Drive performance and sales through a personal experience and service
- Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
- Have premium retail experience in either store management or senior management
- Responsible for co-ordinating all online orders
- Operationally responsible for deliveries
- Managing all aspects of customer feedback and correspondence
