Key Responsibilities for a Store Manager:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, stock control, retail sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales and profitability by developing and executing effective retail strategies in line with company goals.
• Manage and optimise staffing levels and rotas to ensure smooth store operations.
