We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join a brand-new retail store opening soon! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with retail experience to play a key role in the success of a new store, either in a full-time or part-time capacity. As a Supervisor, you'll help establish the foundation for a great team and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience from day one.

As a Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and oversee daily retail operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Motivate, guide, and support the team, ensuring everyone delivers outstanding customer service.
- Help drive sales and achieve store targets, playing an integral part in the store's success.
- Maintain high retail standards in product displays, stock levels, and store presentation.
- Manage team performance, provide training, and assist with the development of staff.
- Assist in managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Supervise and motivate the team to meet and exceed retail KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the needs of customers are met and exceeded.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Supervisor in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, new retail store setting.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to your responsibilities.
