Due to this growth we are now recruiting an additional role within the team as Assistant Store Manager for their global flagship in Central London. You will be the at the forefront of creating an exceptional customer experience, driving KPI's and standards, whilst inspiring your team to deliver results.Benefits:

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:- Supporting the Store Manager, you will lead the department managers and a large team.
- Lead well by example, driving sales, standards and KPI performance
- Driving customer service and giving the ultimate shopping experience
- Inspiring, coaching and development of all associates
- Controlling costs and budgets and inputting data for weekly reports
Assistant Manager experience and background:- Retail management experience in a flagship location
- Customer focused environment
- Experience managing large teams and managers
- Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve current store performance
- Has a track record of driving sales, performance and KPI's
