Zachary Daniels is recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a well-known retail brand in Bracknell. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within a dynamic fashion retailer, supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running of the store, driving sales, and leading a motivated team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs), support staff development, and ensure a high level of operational efficiency.

Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:

Experience and Background:
- Previous retail experience as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, or Floor Manager
- A strong understanding of KPIs and experience in driving store performance
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- A track record of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
