Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering with a fresh and exciting retailer entering the market in Ireland, searching for a regional manager.
In this role you will be one of the brands first employees and will be a part of all the new store openings, hiring and training staff and work closely with the head office team.
In this role you will:
- Act as a role model for the brands culture and values
- Optimise sales and implement best practice in your stores and the region
- Support and coach your stores, focusing on sales and customer experience
- Recruiting, training, developing and coaching store manages within your region
