Zachary Daniels Recruitment is delighted to be supporting this leading supplier of high quality PPE in the appointment of a Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East.
Due to their continued commitment to global growth they are expanding their presence in the Middle East to meet growing demand and provide businesses in the region with the best protective solutions utilising own brand and European strategic partnerships.The role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee their expansion into the Middle East market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market entry strategies, managing business operations, building key customer relationships, and establishing the brand as a trusted supplier of PPE in the region.
This role requires an individual with deep market knowledge, strong local connections, and a proven track record in sales and business development within a variety of industries such as healthcare, construction, manufacturing, and oil & gas.About you:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or management, ideally in the PPE, safety, or industrial equipment sector.
- Local Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Middle Eastern market, including local customs, regulations, and business practices.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic or other local languages is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and driving results in a new market or startup environment.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt and find creative solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Travel: Willingness to travel regularly across the region as required.
