As The Senior Garment Technologist, We're Looking For:

• Expertise in Children's Apparel: You live and breathe toddler and older children's fashion. With 8+ years of hands-on experience, you know what it takes to create standout collections that fit and function perfectly.
• Apparel Manufacturing Know-How: You have a comprehensive understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
• You've worked closely with factories and you're a pro at knowing how they operate and how to get the best results.
• Organised & Focused: Timelines don't scare you-you thrive under pressure, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize like a champ.
• Fit & Technical Detail Master: Whether it's pattern, size grading, or garment fit, you're well-versed in the technical side of product development. A keen eye for detail is second nature, ensuring that every product meets industry standards.
• Communication is Key: Your ability to clearly and confidently communicate with both internal teams and external partners makes you a leader, not just a manager.
• Compliance & Ethical Focus: You understand the importance of product testing, factory audits, and maintaining ethical standards. You ensure that every garment meets the highest quality and ethical benchmarks.
