Zachary Daniels are continuing our partnership with a fashion retailer for their site in Poland. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee their warehouse operations in Poland. This role involves managing 3PL performance, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound processes, and driving continuous improvement across the warehouse, inventory, and logistics functions.Operations Manager Benefits:

Key Responsibilities of Operations Manager:
- Manage 3PL provider performance, cost control, and capacity through reporting and stakeholder management.
- Oversee inbound/outbound processes, managing KPIs and SLAs.
- Implement best practices and SOPs for warehouse, carriers, and inventory.
- Lead customer onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure legal compliance.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage invoice checking for services.
Key Deliverables:
- Daily/weekly operational and performance reporting.
- Continuous improvement initiatives and backlog management.
A Successful Operations Manager will have:
- At least 5 years in logistics or operations management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Ability to manage teams and independently drive results.
Working Hours:
- 5 days a week, 40 hours total.
- Operational hours from 6:30 - 22:00 (shift pattern defined by Head of Operations).
