This is a great role for an existing Store Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager who is a strong leader, wants to work with autonomy and has ideas to drive their business forward. Store Manager Responsibilities include:
- Maximising store sales and budgets
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service
- Motivating and assisting a team of up to 10 associates and member of management
- A true brand ambassador, demonstrating latest trends and styles
- Promoting high standards through Visual Merchandising
- Driving company targets and KPI's to maximise sales and growth
- Leading well by example, shop floor presence and coaching
- Compliant across health and safety procedures
You will be a credible presence in your store and represent the brand at all times, have a strong focus with your customers as well as driving and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed targets.
