As a Sales Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our client's customer service operations, ensuring every customer receives expert advice and assistance in choosing the ideal storage solution. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and sales expertise will be key in driving the business forward and enhancing the overall customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Sales Support: Provide detailed information on available storage options, address customer inquiries, and guide them through the rental process.
- Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with processing orders, managing customer records, and maintaining accurate stock and inventory information.
- Facility Presentation: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the storage facility is well-maintained, secure, and inviting.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Aptitude: A proactive and driven approach with a strong passion for sales and customer service.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
