The Product Data Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring product data is accurately maintained and will act as a vital link between multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities in the position of Product Coordinator:

• Collate, coordinate, and manage new SKU information.
• Responsible for data input and control of all product details in internal systems.
• Oversee critical path management for new product launches, ensuring key milestones are met and proactively addressing any risks.
• Work closely with finance, production, QA, buying, merchandising, and sales teams to support the technical setup of new products.
• Maintain product information across all internal systems, ensuring accuracy from creation to activation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and champion operational efficiencies.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Sage 200 is advantageous.
• A systematic and logical approach to problem-solving.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience in coordinating projects across teams.
• A valid driving licence is required due to office location.
