Senior Client Advisor | Bond Street | Up to £40,000 + Commission
Exciting opportunity to work with a world renowned luxury brand taking the industry by storm. We are keen to speak to individuals as this brand continues to grow, with a true passion for luxury retail and previous experience working within categories such as ready to wear or accessories, to join our client as a Senior Client Advisor in their Flagship Bond Street boutique.
As a Senior Client Advisor you will be delivering exceptional service across your specific category, alongside building relationships with existing clients you would be developing and prospecting new clientele and drive sales.
Responsibilities of our Senior Client Advisor will include:- Inspiring clients and expressing passion for the brand through storytelling.
- Provide a luxury service experience for each client
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and expertise in this product category
- Build long lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Drive CRM and build your own client book
- Focus on retention of clients
Our Senior Client Advisor profile / experience:
- Previous experience in clientelling within luxury Homeware or Interiors is essential
- Demonstrate ability to build rapport with clients
- Good Communication and organisational skills
