Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are now recruiting for a lifestyle fashion brand that delivers exquisite fashion and ready to wear pieces and perfectly complementing accessories. This company has a presence in over 30 countries and has several stores in Ireland . We are seeking a Supervisor in the area of Liffey Valley!

With a focus on customer service; you will be directly responsible for driving business goals. We are looking for a Supervisor that will understand the importance of this and will have proven skills in retail.

As Supervisor you will be accountable for:

• Managing staff performance and ability to coach and inspire to drive results
• Promoting a service-orientated environment at all times
• Driving sales - individual responsibility and motivating your team
• Market knowledge and awareness of the local area
• Have passion and a real love for customer service to drive product knowledge, brand awareness and excellent customer service.

We are looking for fashion forward retailer with experience in all of the above working at Assistant Manager or Supervisor level or Keyholder. This is a fantastic and exciting start for a Supervisor wanting to be apart of a journey in a brand that will continue expansion in Ireland in the future.
