The Role:

Key Responsibilities for a Store Manager:

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and customer service excellence

• Ensure the store is fully stocked, visually appealing, and compliant with company standards
• Manage the day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, budgeting, and performance reviews

What We're Looking For - Store Manager :

• Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of driving sales and leading teams to success
