We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join the team. This role offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of eCommerce and digital retailing. You will work closely with the digital trading team, supporting the day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth of the various online channels.
Key Responsibilities in the position of E-commerce Executive:
- Day to day execution and trading of websites
- Daily/weekly/monthly reporting of trade - monitor and analyse online sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and optimise product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms.
- Ensure communication of product & trading strategies to all marketing teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Support the execution of digital merchandising, including content updates and visual merchandising.
- Help track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Participate in competitive analysis to stay abreast of market trends and identify opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of product data and digital assets.
To be considered for the position of E-commerce Executive, you will offer the following:
- Proven operating at a similar role, with a broad understanding of e-commerce/online retail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
