We're on the lookout for a creative and driven Senior Buyer to join our amazing team and help us take our Curve category to new heights. As the Senior Buyer you will:

• Curate a collection that's balanced, on-trend, and commercially spot-on, with the right mix of prints, colours, and styles for all our regions.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and buying leaders on long-term product planning-you're a key player in the brand's growth!
• Work with Design to ensure every piece is as fresh, fashionable, and true to the brand as possible.
• Ensure our pricing structure is on point, driving both sales and profitability.
• Manage the end-to-end buying process to make sure stock arrives on time and at the right place.
• Dive deep into market data and sales trends to make quick, commercial decisions to keep the brand flying high.
• Mentor a team of ambitious juniors, helping them grow and thrive in their buying careers.
• Work closely with Design & QA to make sure our fits are perfect, fabrics are top-notch, and everything is made to last.
• Make smart, commercial decisions to keep products profitable, meeting all financial targets and deadlines.

As the Senior Buyer we are looking for:

• Curve experience is a must-you understand the unique needs of this category and how to bring it to life.
• A strong commercial acumen and a talent for balancing creativity with profitability.
• A deep understanding of fabrications, product categories, garment construction, and the ins and outs of the buying process.
• Great at managing teams-you know how to inspire and lead while also supporting your team's growth.
• A passion for trends-you're always ahead of the curve (pun intended!) when it comes to what's new and exciting in fashion.
• Stakeholder management skills-working with Design, QA, Planning, and Marketing will be second nature to you.
• A relevant qualification in Fashion Buying, Design, or something similar.
