Sales Assistant

An exciting opportunity to join a luxury brand in a thriving location in Manchester as a luxury Sales Associate! We are looking to speak to candidates who are passionate about luxury product, preferably jewellery!

Sales Associate responsibilities:

• Building long lasting, memorable relationships with clients & building VIP client list - product storytelling and attention to detail is huge in this role!
• Supporting the management team in visual merchandising and maintaining immaculate conditions in store
• Proactively greeting customers in to the store and providing the relevant assistance
• Meeting store KPIs and sales targets while going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer experience

Sales associate Experience and background required:

• Retail experience in a service focused environment that requires storytelling & relationship building
• Fun, charismatic & bubbly personality - you are known for bringing the energy and passion to work!
• Experience working within a premium or luxury environment
• Good knowledge of retail KPIs and experience meeting/exceeding them in your store
